Baystate Roads Training

Baystate Roads provides workshops in the areas of Infrastructure Management, Roadway Safety, Work Zone Safety, Worker Safety, and Workforce Development.

In addition to scheduled workshops, we also offer the option for cities and towns to request custom classes that are conducted for a specific city, town or region at a more convenient date and time. We also have a Technical Training Specialist on staff who can provide your municipality with assistance on technical matters related to pavement, drainage, culverts and much more. Mike Smith is also available to conduct specialized workshops on chainsaw safety and operation, hoisting, grader operation and other topics. Mike also offers a new weekly online series called "Stump the Instructor" that discusses a different topic each week.

Baystate Roads provides workshops and resources in the areas of Safety, Economic Strength and Global Competitiveness, Equity, Climate and Sustainability, Transformation, and Organizational Excellence. In addition to scheduled workshops, custom “private” classes may be requested for your municipality, which are conducted at your facility during a convenient date and time, and could accommodate more team members at one time.
