Massachusetts E-Crash Manual

To assist law enforcement with improved crash reporting, UMassSafe is creating a E-Crash Manual, to provide guidance on crash reporting including how the data is used, data dictionary, coding guide, guidance on new crash report fields, validation rules etc.  This dynamic web-based, interactive crash report manual will function like a toolkit with tabs for different information and links for additional resources.  Funded by the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security.
