Updated Features for the Massachusetts Law Enforcement Crash Report E-Manual

The Massachusetts Law Enforcement Crash Report E-Manual is a comprehensive and centralized guide and data dictionary to assist with the completion and review of crash reports. Features include uniform guidelines, defined attribute criteria, and more. More recently, the Crash Report Quality Scorecard was added, law enforcement agencies to assess their officer-submitted crash reports for completeness and validity. Additionally, by popular request, interactive overlays for the Massachusetts Statewide crash report form, RAMS, Central Square/Tritech/IMC, ProPhoenix and QED have been added, featuring clickable fields that display the data dictionary information for each field.
