Webinar: Autonomous Vehicles and CDL Legislation and Regulatory Implications
On Wednesday March 7th, we hosted the latest Webinar in our Innovation Initiatives – CDL Compliance & Safety series. Bob Rowland of the Massachusetts RMV gave a fascinating presentation on some of the legislative and regulatory implications autonomous vehicles have on CDL practices, as they are currently being discussed by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators’ working group on autonomous vehicles. Some of the topics discussed included levels of automation, remote operation and platooning.
